| 产品介绍 | background: Copine I is a member of the copine family of evolutionarily conserved, soluble, calcium-dependent, membrane-binding proteins. Members of the copine family are involved in signal transduction and membrane trafficking. Copine I is ubiquitously expressed and contains two N-terminal C2 domains and one C-terminal VWFA (von Willebrand factor A) domain, which is also referred to as the A domain or the core domain. As is characteristic of the copine family, copine I functions in membrane trafficking and is capable of binding phospholipids in a calcium-dependent manner. Copine I is also able to bind liposomes. Via its VWFA domain, copine I directly interacts with the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme, UBC12, and may play a role in the regulation of TNF alpha-signaling. Function: May function in membrane trafficking. Exhibits calcium-dependent phospholipid binding properties. Subunit: Interacts with CCDC22. Similarity: Belongs to the copine family. CopinⅠ是一种进化保守、可溶、钙依赖的膜结合蛋白家族的成员。眼镜蛇家族成员参与信号转导和膜运输。Copine I被普遍表达并且包含两个N端C2域和一个C端VWFA(von Wille.factor A)域，也称为A域或核心域。作为可卡因家族的特征，可卡因I在膜运输中起作用，并且能够以钙依赖的方式结合磷脂。铜绿假单胞菌I也能结合脂质体。通过它的VWFA结构域，可卡因I直接与泛素结合酶UBC12相互作用，并可能在调节TNFα信号转导中发挥作用。
